I did this piece to celebrate the release of the Destiny Revival project "Codename: Sailor V." After a year of hard work, the game is done, and I feel as victorious about it as V in this picture. ^_^ You can download and play it for free here: [link]

I decided to depict her wearing her manga-style fuku, which I always liked more, but in the art style of the anime. She was drawn and inked by hand, and after that, this might be the last thing I ever ink by hand. >_< It was *such* a pain to clean up, it would have taken less time just to "ink" it in Photoshop! Anyway, the colors are Photoshopped, the background is an actual Sailor Moon cel background available at [link] , the crescent moons in her palm are clip art, and the beams of light coming from them are from the Beams of Light brush pack by *redheadstock.
