Sailor Matrix - Attack 01

Here is Sailor Matrix performing one of her trademark moves, "Bullet Time Kick!" She leaps in the air, Trinity-style, and launches a brutal kick to the forehead of any enemy unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end of the attack. I thought it would be extremely appropriate as her first attack, not just because it fit the Matrix theme so well, but because both Sailor V and Sailor Moon had kicks as their early attacks.

As far as the art, I had to do almost no clean-up at all on all these sketches... and most of them are only 4 inches high or smaller. Although I had more issues with anatomy back when I drew this (like 7 years ago), man did I have serious control with that pencil... and then I blew out my wrist. ;_;

So, take that as a lesson... don't ever draw 126 storyboard panels in one weekend, unless you want to lose the use of your hand for a month and see your art suffer later.
