Sailor Sun

For 's Sailor Earth & Sailor Sun contest.

I never had a Sailor Earth or Sailor Sun concept before this, though I know a lot of people start off their Sailor Moon fandom with these characters, so I've got respect for them. After much debating, I decided not to give my Sailor Sun a weapon, as she has all the raw power of the sun to wield.

Age: ??? Some say she's as old as the sun.

Birthday: July 23rd

Colour: Yellow, Gold and Orange

Technique:
Solar Flare: She calls forth a flare of white-hot solar energy to destroy her enemies, often vaporizing or melting them.
Solar Emission: She uses the electro-magnetic energy from the sun to disrupt electrical functions and radio communications.
Solar Radiation: She radiates with solar energy for this particularly nasty attack, which can cause severe sunburn and even skin cancer in those exposed to it.

Likes: Warm summer days, good lighting

Dislikes: Darkness, Cold, Winter

I left the lineart sketchy because it's a contest about design and the prize is a finished version of this character. Lineart in pencil, colors in Photoshop, background a combo of 2 anime cel backgrounds.
